专利说明:
The present invention relates to a device for treating the hair, and more particularly but not exclusively a device for shaping the hair, in particular for smoothing, wrapping or embossing the hair, comprising a refill cosmetic product. The invention more particularly relates to a device comprising two jaws movable relative to each other, which can take a configuration of introduction of a lock of hair between them and a close configuration, treatment of the wick, the jaws being movable, in this configuration close together, along the wick. The jaws most often bear, in such a device, two heating elements in contact with which the hair of the wick is brought during use of the device. Many devices of this type, sometimes called hair straighteners or straighteners have already been proposed. Usually, a hair straightener consists of two arms connected to each other by means of a hinge, which allows the opening and closing of the arms, and at least one heating element disposed on the arms. During styling operations of a lock of hair, the latter is introduced between the two arms in the open position, then the two arms are closed manually on the lock of hair. The lock of hair is then subjected, until the opening of the two arms and the extraction of the lock of hair, to the heat emitted by the heating element or elements. Application WO-A-2009/078046 discloses a styling apparatus comprising two arms connected together to allow the opening and closing of the apparatus, at least one heating member and at least one seat for receiving a device capillary treatment, the latter allowing the distribution, in operation, of a hair product. The hair treatment device is composed of a support material impregnated with a hair product. The hair treatment device is suitable for a single use. WO-A-2009/015027 and US-A-2009/0025247 disclose a device for smoothing the hair, allowing the application of a hair product by contact with the hair. The hair product to be applied is contained in a removable refill for its application. This comprises a reservoir containing the capillary product in gelled form and dispensing and application openings of the product, made directly through a wall of the reservoir. The refill is introduced into a housing disposed on one of the two arms of the hair straightener, by sliding. It is also known from the application WO-A-2013/045331 an applicator for the application of a hair care substance, comprising a cartridge of care substance received in a housing of the applicator. The cartridge has a porous support soaked with the care substance. The application WO-A-2013/090896 relates to a hair treatment apparatus, in particular hair styling, provided with a cartridge of treatment agent that can be dismantled. The treatment agent cartridge essentially comprises a treatment agent carrier, in particular a porous impregnated material, to be applied to the hair or the skin, attached to an accessory forming a mechanical support and grasping tab. The cartridge is mounted in a housing of the hair treatment apparatus, housing of complementary section to the section of the treatment agent cartridge. According to an embodiment described in application WO-A-2013/090896, the accessory takes the form of a needle passing through the cylindrical treatment agent support. The needle has, at its end opposite the gripping tongue, a radially extending locking lug for cooperating with a complementary locking housing formed in the hair treatment apparatus. The locking housing has a passage portion of the locking lug and a locking portion of the locking lug in the longitudinal direction of the needle-shaped accessory, in the direction of removal of the refill. , this blocking portion being accessible by the locking pin, from the passage portion, by rotation of the cartridge around the axis of the needle-shaped accessory. The cartridge is thus fixed in the apparatus by means of a bayonet type locking system. However, it has been found that these devices consume a large amount of cosmetic product, with an unsatisfactory performance. The object of the present invention is therefore to provide an improved hair treatment device, not having the disadvantages of the devices of the prior art. To this end, the invention proposes a device for treating the hair, comprising: a housing for receiving a refill of a cosmetic product, a heating element for the hair to be treated, and a device preventing the reception of the refill. of cosmetic product in the housing, depending on the temperature of the heating element. Such a device thus makes it possible to prevent the introduction of the refill of cosmetic product into its housing, as long as the temperature of the heating element is not sufficient to allow satisfactory use of the device. This avoids the losses of cosmetic product by evaporation occurring during the rise in temperature of this heating element. In this way, a substantial saving in cosmetic product is achieved, especially when the latter is aqueous-based. The hair treatment device according to the invention then has a better yield of amount of cosmetic product applied to the hair, relative to the amount of cosmetic product initially contained in the cosmetic product refill. Such a device can also make it possible to set up the refill of a cosmetic product at a precise temperature where the cosmetic product is more particularly efficient. Preferably, the hair treatment device according to the invention has one or more of the following characteristics, taken alone or in combination: the device preventing the reception of the cosmetic product refill in the housing comprises a lug protruding into the housing , the lug being preferably guided in translation in a passage formed in the device for treating the hair; the lug is guided in translation in a direction substantially perpendicular to the direction of insertion of the refill in the housing; the lug is guided in translation substantially in the withdrawal direction of the refill, out of the housing, so that when the heating element cools, the lug ejects the housing recharge; the device preventing the receipt of the refill in the housing comprises a bimetallic shaped so that: when the bimetallic strip is at a temperature below a first threshold temperature, the lug protrudes into the housing, and so that when bimetal is at a temperature above a second threshold temperature, the lug allows the introduction of the cosmetic product refill in the housing, the first threshold temperature being preferably greater than or equal to the second threshold temperature; the bimetal is attached to the heating element so as to create a thermal bond between the heating element and the bimetallic strip; the device preventing the receipt of the refill in the housing, comprises a return spring of the pin in a position for receiving the refill in the housing, the bimetallic preferably preventing the return spring to move the pin in the position allowing reception of the cosmetic product refill in the housing, as long as the temperature of the bimetallic strip is lower than the first threshold value; an arm is secured to the bimetal, so that the arm protrudes out of the hair treatment device, at least in one of the bimetal positions allowing or preventing the receipt of the refill in the housing; the hair treatment device comprises two movable arms relative to one another, between a close configuration of the treatment of the hair and a spaced engagement configuration between them of hair to be treated, one of the arms comprising the receiving housing of the cosmetic product refill and the heating element; and the hair treatment device further comprises a cosmetic product refill, the cosmetic product refill comprising a reservoir, intended to be received at least partially in the housing and an applicator member, in fluid communication with the reservoir the applicator member being adapted to extend at least partially out of the housing. The invention will be better understood on reading the following detailed description of nonlimiting exemplary embodiments thereof and on examining the appended drawing, in which: FIG. 1 is a diagrammatic view In perspective of an exemplary device, FIG. 2 is a cross section of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a view similar to FIG. 2, no refill of cosmetic product being mounted in the device, the FIG. 4 is a schematic perspective view of another example of a device; FIGS. 5 and 6 are two representations from different perspectives of a cartridge body that can be implemented in the device of FIG. 4, FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a third example of a hair treatment device, the refill of which is removed. In the remainder of the description, the identical or similar elements bear the same reference sign in the figures. At the end of brevity of the present description, these identical or similar elements are not described in detail in each example where they appear, only the differences being described. A handpiece 10 of an example of a device for treating the hair is represented in FIGS. 1 and 2. The hair treatment device illustrated is for example a straightener with flat heating elements, in particular coming into contact in the closed position. . The handpiece 10 has two jaws 12, 14 movable relative to each other, between a spaced configuration (not shown), introduction between them of a lock of hair, and a close configuration of treatment the lock of hair. The jaws 12, 14 are carried by respective lower arms 16 and upper 18. The lower arm 16 and upper arm 18 are, in the example in question, articulated with respect to each other by means of an axis of articulation 20, the handpiece 10 thus forming a clamp. Lower arm 16 and upper 18 here each have a total length of between 22 cm and 37 cm, in particular 31 cm. The lower arm 16 and upper arm 18 define, between the hinge pin 20 and the jaws 12, 14, respective half-handles 22, 24, on which the user can press to bring the jaws 12, 14, the one of the other. An elastic return member (not apparent) may be provided to return the jaws 12, 14 in the separated configuration. This elastic return member may take the form of a spring disposed around the hinge axis 20 of the lower arm 16 and upper 18. Of course, the jaws 12, 14 may be made movable relative to each other otherwise. They may in particular be movable between them not by rotation, as is the case with a joint, but by translation. However, the ergonomics offered by a joint is preferred. The jaws 12, 14 define between them a treatment area of the hair, intended to receive a lock of hair to be treated, along which the handpiece 10 is moved during the treatment. The displacement of the handpiece 10 is for example made in the direction from the root to the tip of the hair of the wick, in the direction D shown in Figure 1. In the example of FIGS. 1 to 3, the handpiece 10 makes it possible to apply a cosmetic product, to treat the hair with steam, and then to heat treat the hair by contact with a surface. heated two elements 26, 28 heating the hair, respectively carried by each of the jaws 12, 14. The direction D of displacement of the handpiece 10 on the hair, illustrated in Figure 1, is preferably substantially perpendicular to the median axis of the lower arm 16 and upper 18, that is to say substantially parallel to the hinge pin 20. In the illustrated example, the handpiece 10 is connected by a cord 30 to a base station not shown, fixed during the treatment and itself connected to the sector. This base station provides power to the handpiece 10 and its water supply for steam generation. The base station may also perform ancillary functions for processing electrical signals received from the handpiece 10. The cord 30 which connects the handpiece 10 to the base station may thus comprise various electrical conductors and a supply pipe in water. A user interface, not shown in the figures, may also be present on the handpiece 10, for example to allow the user to start or not certain components thereof. The application of the cosmetic product is provided by a refill 32 (or cartridge) carried by one of the two arms 16, 18, here, the upper arm 18, which comes into contact with a pressing element 34, carried by the other arm, in this case the lower arm 16. The pressing element 34 is received in a housing formed in the lower arm 16, removably. The pressing element 34 is movable in its housing. The refill 32 is received in a housing formed in the upper arm 18, elongate in the direction of insertion of the refill. The opposite arm to that on which the refill 32 is disposed, may have a steam outlet, and preferably also a comb (not shown). The heating element or elements 26, 28 may each comprise a plate of a good heat-conducting material, defining a hot surface of contact with the hair, whose temperature is for example greater than or equal to 95 ° C., better still between 90 ° C. and 230 ° C. Preferably, the application of cosmetic product to the lock of hair introduced into the device is done before the application of steam and / or smoothing by the heating element or elements and after combing. Thus, the hair introduced between the arms can come into contact with the applicator member before being exposed to the steam and the heating elements during movement of the wick between the arms of the device. The refill 32 comprises a body 36 and an applicator member 38 received in the body 36 so that, when the refill 32 is attached to the apparatus 10, the applicator member 38 is able to come into contact with the hair extending across the treatment area. The body 36 has a recess 44 opening outwards through an opening 46 receiving the applicator member 38. More specifically, the applicator member protrudes out of the recess 44 so as to be in contact with a wick. hair to treat. The body 36 of the refill 32 may comprise hooking protrusions 48 protruding into the recess 44, which ensure the position of the applicator member 38 in the recess 44, even during the application of the cosmetic product on the lock of hair. The hooking reliefs 48 may be molded with the body 36. The latter 36 and the attachment reliefs 48 may in particular be made of thermoplastic material, in particular polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyamide (PA), of elastomer or of their mixture, in particular of a mixture of PBT and PET. The applicator member 38 is for example made of a porous material, in particular synthetic or natural fibers all oriented substantially in the same direction and molded to form a felt. The applicator member 38 is impregnated with product. The refill 32 may be connected to any of the lower arm 16 or upper 18 (here the upper arm 18). The refill 32 is connected to the arm 18 which receives it in a housing provided for this purpose, by any means. In particular, as illustrated in FIG. 2, the refill 32 is slidably received, in a direction T of insertion of the refill 32 into its housing, of a rib 40 of the body 36 in a groove 42 of complementary section, formed in the arm 18. The rib 40 and the groove 42 here have a cross section in the shape of "T". The connection between the rib 40 and the groove 42 ensures a predefined relative position of the refill 32 relative to the arm 18, especially with respect to the direction D of displacement of the handpiece 10. Alternatively, the rib can be formed on the arm 18 and the groove on the body 36. Here, the insertion direction T of the refill 32 is substantially parallel to a longitudinal direction of the device for treating the hair. The housing is open on a front surface of the hair treatment device, transverse to the insertion direction of the refill 32. The apparatus may further comprise any device for locking the connection of the refill 32 and the arm 18. For example, the refill 32 can snap onto the arm 18 of the hair treatment device. In particular, the refill 32 may be provided with a male part of a push-thrust type locking device (or "push-push"), the arm 18 being provided with a corresponding female part of a push-pull device. thrust release type lock. By push-push type locking device or thrust release locking device, is meant a system allowing: a locking of a male element with respect to a female element by a simple relative translation of the male element relative to the female element in a direction and in one direction, and - unlocking the male element relative to the female element by relative translation of the male element relative to the female element, in the same direction and in the same direction. For example, the male member may be locked and unlocked by pressure thereon in a direction and in a direction directed toward the female member, in this case. Here, this direction is the same as the direction T insertion of the refill 32 in its housing. Preferably, the locking and unlocking consist of a thrust on the male element in the same direction and in the same direction, to the exclusion of any other manipulation or other relative movement of the male element relative to the female element. By locking a male element with respect to a female element, it is meant that a relative movement of the male element relative to the female element is impossible, or at least prevented by the locking system. Such a system can be used alone, to connect the refill to the arm. However, to ensure a better stability of the connection of the refill on the arm, it is preferred to also implement a connecting device, in addition to the locking device. In this case, it is the cooperation of the rib 40 and the groove 42. Such a "push-push" locking device provides great ease of locking and unlocking the connection of the refill 32 on the handpiece 10 relative to the known devices of the prior art. Preferably, the male element - the simplest - is integrated into the body of the refill, and the female element - more complex - is integrated into the arm of the device, to reduce the cost of manufacturing refills. However, the opposite configuration (male element on the device arm, female element on the refill) can also be considered. In addition, as illustrated by FIGS. 2 and 3, the apparatus 10 comprises a device 50 that can prevent the cosmetic product refill 32 from being received in its housing, depending on the temperature of the heating element 28. This device 50 here comprises a bimetallic strip 52 bearing at one end on a pin 54. The bimetallic strip 52 consists of two blades of different metals or alloys, flexible, welded or glued against each other, in the direction of the length. These two metal blades can be welded by cold rolling. For example, one of the blades can be invar and the other of the two blades nickel. In all cases, the two blades have a different coefficient of expansion so that the bimetal is deformed according to its temperature. In the embodiment described, the bimetallic strip 52 can deform between two extreme positions, respectively illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3: in FIG. 2, the bimetallic strip 52 is deformed in such a way that the lug 54 does not protrusion in the groove 42, thus allowing the receipt of the cosmetic product refill 32, in its housing; in FIG. 3, the cooled bimetallic strip has a shape such that the lug 54 protrudes into the groove 42, thus preventing the complete reception of the cosmetic product refill 32 in its housing and / or its locking. Advantageously, the deformation of the bimetal strip during an increase in temperature occurs when a first temperature threshold is exceeded, its inverse deformation occurring when the temperature becomes lower than a second threshold, less than the first. The bimetallic strip 52 is here attached to the heating element 28 disposed in the arm receiving the cosmetic product refill 32. The bimetallic strip 52 can be fixed by means of a screw 56. The screw thus forms a thermal connection between the heating element 28 and the bimetallic strip 52, allowing the latter to be heated when the temperature of the heating element 28 increases. Of course, other means for attaching the bimetallic strip 52 to the heating element 28 may be provided. For example, the bimetallic strip 52 may be welded, crimped or glued to the heating element 28 or secured by cooperation of shapes thereon. The lug 54, whose movement is controlled by the deformations of the bimetallic strip 52, is here guided in translation in a passage 58 formed in the body of the arm 18. The passage 58 opens, as illustrated, in the groove 42 receiving the rib 40 formed on the body 38 of the refill 32. To do this, the passage 58 here has a section substantially complementary to that of a first portion 54i of the lug 54. The first portion 54i is of reduced cross section relative to to a second portion 542 of the lug. For example, the passage 58 has a substantially cylindrical shape, whose axis is perpendicular to the insertion direction T of the cosmetic product refill 32 in the housing. Here, the axis of the passage 58 is substantially parallel to the direction D of treatment of the hair. Alternatively, the direction of movement of the lug 54 in the passage 58 may be perpendicular to both the direction T insertion of the refill in the housing and the direction D of treatment of the hair. The translational guidance of the lug 54 in the passage 58, in a direction perpendicular to the direction of insertion of the refill 32 ensures that the cosmetic product refill can not be inserted into the housing in force, against a force exerted by bimetallic strip 52, by deforming it. It should be noted that a return spring 60 is provided, in the example shown, to maintain the lug 54 out of the groove 42 during use of the device, when the bimetallic strip 52 is hot. The return spring 60 here bears against the edge of the passage 58, on the one hand, and the enlarged portion 542 of the lug 54. Finally, as illustrated, the bimetallic strip 52 is associated with a security indicator, to visually indicate to the user of the device that the device is hot or cold. To do this, an arm 62 is secured to the bimetallic strip 52, so that the arm 62 protrudes out of the hair treatment device, in the configuration of the bimetallic strip allowing the introduction of the refill 32. Thus, when the end of the arm 62 protrudes out of the device, the user knows that the heating element 28 is hot. If not, he knows that the device is cold. As indicated previously, in FIG. 2, the apparatus 10 is shown in operation. The heating element 28 is at its nominal temperature or close to its nominal temperature, allowing the treatment of the hair. This nominal temperature may be between 90 and 230 ° C and may in particular be equal to 95 ° C. Under these conditions, the bimetallic strip 52 is deformed, so that the lug 54 does not protrude into the groove 42. The housing can then receive the refill 32. The arm 62 projects out of the device 10, indicating to the user that it is hot. In Figure 3, against the heating element 28 is not at its nominal temperature for the treatment of the hair. In this case, as illustrated, the bimetallic strip 52 is in a configuration such that the lug 54 which bears thereon projects into the groove 42. Under these conditions, it is not possible to set up the cosmetic product refill 32 in its housing. At least, the insertion of the refill 32 in its position of use, completely received in the housing, is not possible. The device can not be used properly. In this position, the arm 62 does not protrude out of the device. The user is thus warned that the device is cold. Figure 4 illustrates a second example 100 of a device for treating the hair. This device 100 differs from the device 10 according to the first example described, essentially by fixing the cosmetic product refill 32 on the arm 18. Here, the cosmetic product refill is received in its housing by insertion of one of its ends. in the housing, then by pivoting the cosmetic product refill. As illustrated, the cosmetic product refill 32 is received in a housing of the upper arm 18, delimited by two surfaces normal to the longitudinal direction of the arm, a front surface and a rear surface, interconnected by a side surface. The housing is further open at least to the lower arm 16 and to the outside. The cosmetic product refill 32 comprises a body 36 provided with attachment reliefs 108 for fixing the refill 32 in its housing. The body 36 has a general rectangular parallelepiped shape. The body 36 is elongate in a longitudinal direction and has a U-shaped cross section. The body 36 has two opposite walls 110, 112, a front 110 and a rear 112, connected by two side walls 114, 116 and a bottom 118. The body 36 has a length Z, taken between the front wall 110 and the rear wall 112, for example between 70 and 100 mm, a height H, taken from the opening 120 to the bottom 118, for example between 10 and 30 mm and a width /, taken perpendicular to the length Z and the height H, for example between 5 and 20 mm. The rear wall 112 comprises at least one attachment relief 108, here two attachment reliefs 108. These two attachment reliefs 108 are projecting on the rear wall 112. The attachment reliefs 108 are here asymmetrically shaped. The hooking reliefs 108 are for example of substantially triangular shape, in side view. The hooking reliefs 108 on the rear wall are centered on this rear wall 112, and are of a maximum thickness emax, taken from the rear wall 112, for example between 0.2 and 5 mm, here substantially equal at 1 mm and a length k for example between 4 and 10 mm. The attachment reliefs 108 on the rear wall 112 are for example spaced apart by a distance of between 1 and 10 mm. The front wall 110 comprises a tongue 122, elastically deformable, having at least one attachment relief 108, here two attachment reliefs 108, projecting, and grip reliefs 124. The tongue 122 is connected to the front wall 110 by means of a rounded portion 126 forming a groove 128 with the latter. The tongue 122 extends parallel to the front wall 110 and is spaced from the latter by a distance of between 1 and 5 mm. The hooking reliefs 108 on the surface of the tongue 122, facing outwards, are of a shape substantially identical to that of the attachment reliefs 108 on the rear wall 112 of the body 36 of the refill. They are also arranged on this surface of the tongue in a manner similar to the arrangement of the attachment reliefs 108 on the rear wall 112 of the body 36 of the refill. The gripping reliefs 124 are here made in the form of three parallel ribs. The installation of the refill 32 in its housing is carried out as follows: the user introduces, through the open lateral part of the housing, the rear wall 112 of the refill 32 into the housing, facing a rear surface of this last ; - The hooking reliefs 108 on the rear wall 112 of the body 36 of the refill are then facing complementary recessed reliefs, not shown, of the rear surface of the housing; - The user then rotates the refill 32 about a pivot axis B, shown in Figure 4, to put it in the position of use in the housing 22. In doing so, the attachment reliefs 108 of the wall rear 112 of the body 36 are received in the complementary recessed reliefs of the rear surface of the housing, and the attachment reliefs 108 on the tongue 122 snap into complementary recessed reliefs, not shown, of the front surface of the housing . The insertion of the attachment reliefs 108 of the tongue 122 in complementary recessed reliefs of the housing, is made possible by elastic deformation of the tongue 122 during the pivoting of the body 36. The attachment reliefs 108 received in the reliefs recessed complementary housing, allow the maintenance of the recharge 32 in position in the housing. However, as shown in Figure 7, in particular, the receipt of the refill 32 in its housing is possible only when the lug 54 does not protrude into this housing. Thus, as explained with regard to the first example of a device for treating the hair 10, the insertion of the refill 32 is only possible when the bimetallic strip 52 is deformed by the heat emitted by the heating element 28, having reached its nominal operating temperature. As long as this temperature is not reached, the bimetallic strip 52 keeps the lug 54 projecting into the housing, so that the attachment reliefs 108 on the body 32 can not be inserted correctly into the complementary recessed reliefs formed on the front and back surfaces of the housing. To remove the refill 32, the user presses towards the Loin of the refill 32, on the end portion of the tab 122 which protrudes out of the housing, while rotating the refill 32 about its pivot axis B Pressing on the tongue 122 makes it possible to bend the latter and thus to disengage the hooking reliefs 108 from the tongue 122 of the complementary recessed reliefs of the front surface of the housing. The pivoting of the refill 32 makes it possible to release the front portion of the refill 32 from its housing and to disengage the hooking reliefs 108 from the rear wall 112 of the body 36, complementary recessed reliefs formed on the rear surface of the housing. . The user can then easily remove the refill 32 from its housing. FIG. 8 illustrates a third example of a device 200 for treating the hair. This device 200 differs from the devices 10 and 100, essentially by the method of fixing the refill of cosmetic product 32 on the arm 18. In the case of the example of Figure 8, in fact, the cosmetic product refill is fixed in its housing by sliding in a transverse direction of the hair treatment device; this direction is here substantially parallel to the direction D of movement of the hair treatment device in use. To do this, in the example illustrated in FIG. 8, the refill 32 comprises a clamp 202 adapted to cooperate with a blade 204 secured to the upper arm 18 or formed by this upper arm 18, to fix the refill 32 on the upper arm 18. The clamp 202 is formed here by two walls 206, 208 which extend parallel over the entire length L of the refill 20. The two walls 206, 208 are for example separated by a space 210 between them, of thickness included by example between 0.5 mm and 10 mm, better between 1 mm and 5 mm. The width 1 of the walls 206, 208, measured from the lateral surface 212 of the refill 32 at their free end, is here constant. This width is for example between 0.5 mm and 50 mm, better between 2 mm and 30 mm Furthermore, the blade 204 is formed at a recess 214 in the upper arm 18, sized to receive the refill 32. The blade 204 thus extends into the recess 214. The blade 204 is of constant thickness, substantially equal to or even slightly greater than the thickness of the space 210 between the walls 206, 208 of the refill 32. The blade 204 is intended to be received in the space 210 when the refill 32 is received in the recess 214, forming a housing receipt of recharge 32. The refill 32 is introduced into the housing by movement along an axis substantially parallel to the axis of the hinge 20 or to the direction D of movement of the hair treatment device during its use. The walls 206, 208 slide on either side of the blade 204, until the refill 32 abuts against the bottom 216 of the recess 214 and / or the blade 204 abuts against the bottom of the groove. space 210 defined between the two walls 206, 208. The maintenance of the refill 32 in position can be done by friction of the inner surfaces of the walls 206, 208 on the upper and lower surfaces of the blade 204. The positioning of the refill 32 in the recess 214 along the longitudinal axis of the arm 18 is provided by the contact of front and rear surfaces of the refill 32 with front and rear surfaces of the recess 214. However, a lug 54, made here in tab form, extends substantially parallel to the blade 204, in the recess 214. This lug is for example integral with a bimetallic strip thermally connected to the heating element received in the upper arm , as in the devices 10, 100 previously described. When the bimetal is cold, the lug 54 protrudes into the recess 214, preventing the insertion of the refill 32 into the recess 214. In this case, indeed, the cumulative thickness of the blade 204, the lug 54 and the space between the blade 204 and the lug 54, if any, is greater than the thickness of the space 210 between the two walls 206, 208, so that the refill can not slide along of the blade 204 to be completely received in the housing 214. It should be noted here that the lug 54 is guided in translation substantially in the direction of withdrawal of the cosmetic product refill 32, out of its housing. In this case, the cooling of the heating element can advantageously cause the removal of the cosmetic product refill 32, without requiring any action on the part of the user. The invention is not limited to the embodiments which have just been described, but is capable of numerous variants. Thus, the bimetal can be binary trigger - that is to say, have two stable positions - or progressive - that is to say, it can take different stable positions between two extreme positions. Furthermore, as indicated above with reference to the example of Figures 1 to 3, the bimetal can be associated with a safety indicator, to visually indicate to the user that the device is hot or cold. To do this, an arm is for example integral with the bimetal, so that the arm protrudes out of the hair treatment device, at least in one of the positions of the bimetallic strip allowing or preventing the introduction of the charging device. cosmetic product in housing. Thus, when the end of the arm protrudes out of the device, the user knows that the heating element is hot or cold, depending on the case. Alternatively, the end of the arm can also protrude out of the device, regardless of the temperature of the heating element. In this case, the end of the projecting arm can be moved between two extreme positions, due to the deformation of the bimetallic strip. One of these positions corresponds to a minimum temperature of the bimetal, the other to a maximum temperature, preferably the nominal temperature. The position of the arm and its projecting end out of the hair treatment device is then a function of the temperature of the heating element, between these two extreme values. The user can thus be notified that the device is ready to be used, the heating element having reached its nominal temperature. In addition, in the examples presented, a lug protrudes into the receiving housing of the cosmetic product refill. Alternatively, a flap is secured to the bimetal, so that the flap closes the housing, preventing access to recharge, depending on the temperature of the heating element, especially as the heating element has not not reach its nominal temperature. Finally, even if an embodiment with bimetallic appears preferable for its ease of manufacture and its reduced cost, it can be replaced by very different devices. For example, it is possible to implement a temperature sensor adapted to measure the temperature of the heating element, an electric motor for moving the pin, the shutter or any other part used to prevent the receipt of the product refill. cosmetic in its housing, and an electronic control unit connected to the temperature sensor and the electric motor, for controlling the actuation of the motor according to the temperature measured by the temperature sensor. In this case also, the motor or a second motor can be implemented to move the arm indicating the temperature of the heating element. In this case, too, it is possible to implement two different threshold temperatures controlling the actuation of the motor in one direction of temperature rise of the heating element and in the other of the temperature decrease of the heating element, for to ensure stable operation of the hair treatment device.
